On-the-job injuries are more common than you may think. In fact, a recent survey discovered
that more than one in five Americans say that they have suffered some
sort of injury due to their job or while working. The most common injuries
that occur at the workplace are

restaurant, a construction site, or a doctor's office, all locations
have the risk of a slip and fall of the building is not maintained or
if the work site is neglected and there are trip or slip hazards that
are not avoided. About 31% of all individuals who claim to be injured
at work say that this is the reason that they suffered injury.
Following this, about 20% of all individuals say that they suffered a
repetitive motion workplace injury. These are often common for those who work in factories
and have to perform the same action many times a day. As well, typists
often complain of severe carpal tunnel from continuous typing. 17% of
injured workers say that they were injured by machinery at their place
of work or were struck by an object.
Another 12 percent of all injured individuals claim that they were injured in a
motor vehicle accident which occurred while they were working. Other injuries' include musculoskeletal
injuries from overexertion or heavy lifting, and workplace violence. Some
workers also claim that they were injured by heat burns or chemical burns
or that they suffered another type of injury.
Sadly, 21% of all injured workers say that they suffered an injury on the
job that was serious enough for them to take time off work. If you have
